About us

Founded in 1981 by Architect Planner Parvez Iqbal, PIAA emerged as one of Pakistan’s pioneering consultancy firms, offering a rare blend of architecture, town planning, engineering, and interior design under one roof. The firm drew on Parvez Iqbal’s exceptional academic background and professional experience as Chief Architect & Planner in leading organizations.

Since then, PIAA has designed and managed projects of national significance across nearly every sector—healthcare, education, housing, industry, transport, and urban development. From landmark hospitals like the 400-Bed Saudi German Hospital in Abha (KSA) to large-scale housing societies like Fazaia Housing (4000 Kanals), the firm has consistently delivered integrated solutions tailored to Pakistan’s geographical, socio-economic, and climatic contexts.

Our 40+ years of legacy continue to guide our vision: creating environments that are functional, culturally rooted, and future-ready.
